Keywords are probably the single most important thing you can do to get yourself into first page Google search engine results. Each time before choosing a blog title go to Google Adwords Keyword Tool and search the title you are going to use to see how much competition and how many searches occur each month. You should target keywords with little competition and 200 to 1000 searches each month. This way, you will find yourself in first couple of pages and maybe the first page in a matter of weeks to months. If you haven’t already be sure to submit your site to http://dmoz.org (the premiere website/blog directory), which will get your site listed in major search engines such as Google, Yahoo or Bing within 2 weeks
