    The most popular web site/service used by native Viets is Yahoo. Most everyone in Vietnam who has access to the Internet has a Yahoo e-mail account because most all Internet cafe computers in Vietnam default to Yahoo as their home page. I don’t know the exact figures for market share, but I would say Yahoo Mail is easily over 80% of what Viets use for e-mail service.

    - FPT
    - Viettel

    also the wirless 3g by mobifone & viettel too..
