SPAM – The email kind – i send out a newsletter – need help?

I have a legit web marketing site. All my email contacts / newletters seem to be caught by SPAM filters. What do I need to include or adjust so that my legit e-mail is not labeled SPAM.

I manage an email environment for over 40,000 users, I can tell you that SPAM management is more of an art than science.
Most SPAM products look for the following:
IP of the host sending the mail (the biggest problem for shared hosting). The best way is for you to get a dedicated IP for outbound email.
Next the look for key words, and HTML markings.
There is no best way to keep your email from being blocked, as every company does things in a different way
