A man built a fence around his home without the appropriate permits but when he tried to get the right permits he claims the city dragged it’s feet and wouldn’t issue them. His bail is set at 0,000.
How can Nicole Ritchie and Lindsay Lohan get sentenced to less time in jail after they endangered people’s lives driving drunk and high? And in Ritchie’s case down the wrong side of the freeway.

Yeah, my friends parents got charged like $800 because they didn’t have the proper permit or whatever to put up a pool. It was one of those $200 blue 3 feet deep ones you get at walmart! All because of this nosey neighbor. But then my friend and I shoveled horse poop into her yard. so it’s all good. hahaha.
Gross! People should protest and demand his sentence be pardoned! This crazy unfairness is getting out of control!
Local communities are trying to make a fast buck especially about the Wal-Mart pool.
Because it’s an above ground temporary structure a permit shouldn’t be required.
Building a fence is considered construction and therefore some communities require a permit.
Where I live it’s illegal to park a car in your front yard even if you own the house.

He was sentenced to jail for ignoring the judge’s order to remove it! That’s a contempt of court sort of thing. When a judge orders you to do something they expect you to do it!
