I think rss feeds produce duplicate content by the search engines. I’m not refering to javascript rss feed. Do you agree or not.

    Disagree. RSS feeds are generated by the individual sites. If you are getting multiple/duplicate entries, then the problem lies in the feed generation script, not RSS feeds as a whole.
