How do I get google to pay me for everytime someone goes to my site?

I know that you can get payed everytime you have someone go to your website. What google web tool do I use for that and would you mind explaining a little about it: Firstly does it cost money and how much? That is my priority, I am dissabled and don’t make much money so… Thanks for the help everyone!

You have to make few changes in your site or use wordpress for it. First you have to sign a google adsense account after that your have to place google adsence in your website.

That is google adsense, it is pay by click method. People need to click on the ads before you get payed may them.
