  1. Pay per click is not a button on your site for making a purchase. It is a type of advertising in which your ads appear in search results and on other websites and you pay a fee each time someone clicks on them.

  2. Sign up for Google Adsense
There are many other sites but i suggest you to start with Google Adsense
You have to wait for the approval of your account, once it is approved ads will be displayed based on your content.
Google offers lot of resources on how to use their services, i recommend to look into it

  3. Do you mean to say you want to earn money through the pay per click on your website? This is called Adsense.

Go to Adsense.com, log in or sign up (It’s free).

Go to "Adsense Setup", choose content.

On the next page, they will ask you to choose the ad type. I would prefer to use the "Ad Unit".

Next choose the format of the ad appearing in you website. It is best to choose the "title" colour to the link colour you have on your website. The text to be the same format as well.

Next is to get the code and paste it in your web pages. FTP it and withing 10 to 15 mins your website should have the Google Adsense.

NOTE: Do not click on the Adsense ads once it’s there. If you (owner of the website) click on the ads, you have violated the T & C of Google Adsense.

    Hope this helps.

  4. Look into http://www.paypal.com for allowing people to purchase your products. They have "buy now" buttons and ways to process credit card payments.

Also, this is different from "pay per click" which is advertising on other websites than your own.
