How can I bring my site to Google top ten search result ?

I have a site and I want it to be in Google top ten search result.So how can I do so,is there any way to do so using any software or any some other way.Well is there any thing about SEO link building.If so than can I use any software for building SEO links.

    You need to start creating value. Something that visitors will find useful. Then you can have all kinds of top ten search engine rankings like my site has.

    First, concentrate on making a good site. Google has articles on it’s site about basic SEO (use discriptive header tags, Alt text on images, etc). Choose your text carefully, use words that people actually search for. As for link building and other tweeks; Google will actually down rate your site if it finds obvious attempts to artificially raise it’s rating.
