Domain Rank and Page Rank Questions?

Some backlinks are "stronguer" than other, right? I mean, if you have a backlink on a page rank 5, that´s a lot better than having one on a page rank 1. Now my question is, have all the Page Ranks 0 the same "power"?

For example: i put one backlink on a new page on a domain Rank 5. I put another backlink on a new page of a domain rank 1. Since they are new pages, both backlinks will have page rank N/A or 0. So does this means that is the same to have a backlink on a new page of a domain that is PR5 or PR1?

    anything under pr3 is pretty much useless to google they will simply brush off from there, contact web masters with pr4 and higher websites put a link of their website on your page and they will link you back.

    If you have quality link from a pr5 website then your page will be ranked pr5 because it is worth of having a link from pr5 website but google is careful how they rank websites. Do your work and it will happen evantually.

    Open Google
