What are the best backlinks to use to promote a website (SEO)? Are .edu websites still best? Are niche specific backlinks good?

Why is this site does not get ranked by Google Spider? It has been
grayed in Google Tool Bar for a while. Google has the knowledge of it.

we have also created Blogs/News/Classified/google ADsence/press relese etc to increase the

rang for http://www.panbeli.in and http://www.softwaregenius.net websites.

however, Google just does not want to rank it. Can you tell me why?

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my web site ?I have a lot of feedback links to blogs and various pages of published articles, but when Iscan back links, it is simply not show.I have my site in facebook, twister etc…
I have installed wordpress and I have published articles on category’s.Categories I linked the main menu.I don’t have eni pages.

I get error in the box. It started as soon as I hung up from a call from my coach from Focus.com

Two sites hosted in the same shared server, they have different IP’s but the same DSN’s. Can you interlink them? Is it better to promote just one (the directory from the forum)?

Please note that one is a forum, and the backlinks could show up many times if it is included in the advertising manager.

I have a website http://www.boyceweb.com which I have optimised for the keyword BoyceWeb. I do Web Design and SEO for a living and have my clients top of Google for their keywords yet I can’t seem to do it for my own!

On page factor wise, I have BoyceWeb in the domain, header, start of title, start of description and in ALT Tags. The site is itself is very optimised, clean URL’S, registered with Google and sitemap submitted. I am currently second for the keyword ‘BoyceWeb’ the website which is top is a family genealogy which is not optimised for ‘BoyceWeb’ indeed only on one page is that keyword even mentioned!

Although my site has only been up a few months the domain name is 7 years old and I know Google like Domain Age. I have been building niche relevant, authority backlinks to my website and I am updating my website content.

I have done my research behind the genealogy website and part from domain age and a few more PR 0 backlinks I outclass it from for the keyword ‘BoyceWeb’ so I do not understand why my website is not top for that keyword.

Can anyone else shed any light on this for me? Is it a case of patience? How long do you think it will take? Is there something else I can do?
