I built a flash web site for my company that is basically the same as my normal web site. Same images and a lot of the same text. Not as many pages. What is about to happen to my page rank as far as duplicate content penalties are concerned with search engine optimization?

Should I rebuild one of them using all fresh images and text? Won’t the spiders see both sites have the same contact us info, company name, and address?

I just signed up for Dishnetwork and when I was looking at the channel line up, I noticed there were a lot of duplicate channels. Big Ten network is listed 10 times and there’s two Animal Planet channels etc. Do different shows play on the duplicate channels at the same time??? Do they play the same things at the same time?? My site has been up for two month now but goolge shows 0/10 rank with no search results showing my site.

i have a lot of email addresses some are friends, some are people who have emailed over the years and others were forwarded in personal emails. I want to use these addresses in a marketing campaign. SEO question. How can you find out and see the progress of your website from certain keywords’ aspects?
I am trying to see if there is a tool that allows me to check my website ranking based on certain keyword searches. So for example I want to find out that when somebody types in "cars" in google search, after how many other websites mine will show up?
I hope my question is clear.
